This room honors Bill and Betty Deemer, previous owners of the house, and their award winning Irish Wolf Hound and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeding dogs. The floor-to-ceiling bookcase contains an extensive library concerning the rearing of these and other dog breeds as well as several trophies awarded their dogs. The four seven-foot tall windows provide wonderful light in the room no matter the time of day. The room features a queen-sized bed with luxurious 600-thread count Pima Cotton linens with a wrinkle-free sateen finish. The room is located on the right at the top of the grand-entry staircase where an additional sitting area is available.
